At Amundi, I lead a 10-engineer R&D team responsible for an enterprise AI platform serving 6,500 users across 15+ production services. Hands-on across distributed systems, Go, Python, TypeScript, LLM gateways, RAG, observability, cost control, and developer enablement.

Professional Experience

Amundi — Head of ALTO Studio R&D

January 2025 – Present | Paris, France

  • Lead a 10-engineer R&D team responsible for architecture, delivery, recruitment, and cross-team adoption of Amundi’s flagship AI platform, serving 6,500 users
  • Architected a platform of 15+ production services spanning conversational AI, RAG agents, DeepSearch, document extraction, workflow automation, meeting notes, and research assistance
  • Rebuilt the LLM Gateway from Django/PostgreSQL to Go, S3, and Delta Lake, supporting multi-provider routing, streaming, team and user budgets, and 200 GB of logs per day without the previous database bottleneck
  • Standardized enterprise AI integration through reusable web components, knowledge-base APIs, and reporting APIs, enabling product teams to adopt shared capabilities instead of rebuilding them
  • Introduced structured AI-assisted development workflows and reusable engineering practices across the team and wider developer community

Amundi — Full Stack Engineer

September 2021 – December 2024 | Paris, France

  • Built ALTO Sustainability, an ESG scoring and analysis platform used daily by hundreds of analysts and portfolio managers
  • Developed the Python calculation engine for 36 ESG methodologies across six investment perimeters
  • Implemented Dagster pipelines for nightly processing and intraday data updates every six minutes
  • Delivered the Angular analyst experience and established Jenkins CI/CD, Docker packaging, and GitLab workflows

Think-it — Full Stack Engineer

May – August 2021 | Remote

  • Delivered a candidate assessment platform in four months, including secure code execution for C++, Rust, JavaScript, Python, and Go
  • Built the AWS Lambda execution backend, migrated the frontend to Next.js and TypeScript, and integrated Cognito authentication and S3 reporting

Hexastack — Software Engineer

October 2020 – May 2021 | Tunis, Tunisia

  • Developed a solar-panel cost simulation platform for location-based project estimates
  • Built the React interface and Feathers.js service layer for the simulation workflow
