- Lead a 10-engineer R&D team responsible for architecture, delivery, recruitment, and cross-team adoption of Amundi’s flagship AI platform, serving 6,500 users
- Architected a platform of 15+ production services spanning conversational AI, RAG agents, DeepSearch, document extraction, workflow automation, meeting notes, and research assistance
- Rebuilt the LLM Gateway from Django/PostgreSQL to Go, S3, and Delta Lake, supporting multi-provider routing, streaming, team and user budgets, and 200 GB of logs per day without the previous database bottleneck
- Standardized enterprise AI integration through reusable web components, knowledge-base APIs, and reporting APIs, enabling product teams to adopt shared capabilities instead of rebuilding them
